  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material on Buzzella that you claim is infringing, including the URL of each page where it appears, so we can locate it.

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How We Handle Takedown Notices

When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the person who published the material. Please note that submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to liability, including costs and attorneys’ fees, so please be sure your claim is accurate before sending it.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted on Buzzella was removed or disabled by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice by email to contact@buzzella.site. Your counter-notice must include your name, address, telephone number, and email address; identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Buzzella may be found); and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action against you.

Repeat Infringers

Buzzella may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
